About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Strategist to drive business growth through cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies across multiple channels to meet client objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven tools and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage client budgets to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
  • Create audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on market research and client data.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing collateral.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to enhance website and landing page conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate campaign performance and key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders through clear and insightful reports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced client-side environment.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent project management skills, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends, new platforms, and best practices.
