We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for owning and scaling paid marketing channels that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about experimenting with growth levers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads and Meta.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel performance to ensure sustainable and scalable growth.
- Design and implement A/B tests to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
- Utilize analytics tools to build dashboards, track KPIs, and share insights with leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging performance platforms.
- 1-4 years of experience in performance marketing or growth (e-commerce, D2C, or consumer tech preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong data orientation with the ability to translate numbers into insights and action.
- Creative mindset to experiment with new formats, campaigns, and messaging.
- Hustler attitude – comfortable working in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
