Lead Credit Analyst

As a senior credit professional, you will lead a team of skilled analysts in India who specialize in underwriting residential real estate loans for the US market. This role requires a strong ability to manage and motivate a team, work closely with a credit committee in New York, and ensure high-quality credit analysis.
The ideal candidate has experience leading small teams of highly skilled analysts, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. They must be able to multitask effectively and interact with clients and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Key qualifications include a postgraduate degree in finance (PGDM) or equivalent, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a background in credit analysis, especially in the real estate industry.
Exposure to the US market is an advantage, and the ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
