Job Description

As a seasoned Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cloud-based solutions to clients. This involves ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and DevOps engineers, to ensure seamless project execution. Your primary point of contact for clients, you will understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.

You will guide teams on best practices in Java development, microservices architecture, cloud deployment, and performance optimization. You will also manage resource allocation, project budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.

Additionally, you will identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. You will drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and refining delivery processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in Java development and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong understanding of Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
