**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Project Executive** to assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring skill development projects.

**Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution**:

- Assist in the execution of government-funded and corporate-funded skill development projects.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with training centers, trainers, and field teams for smooth program implementation.

**Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Communicate with Sector Skill Councils, Government Departments, Training Providers, and Industry Partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate employer tie-ups for on-the-job training (OJT) and placements.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure projects comply with guidelines from NSDC, State Skill Missions, and Sector Skill Councils.
- Support in audits and inspections conducted by government or funding agencies.

**Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track project KPIs, including enrollments, training completion, certification, and placements.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for management and funding agencies.
- Identify risks and propose solutions for effective project execution.

**Technology & Data Management**:

- Manage data entry and reporting on skill development portals (e.g., Skill India Portal, State Skill Mission Portals).
- Use Microsoft Office and project management tools to streamline operations.

**Marketing & Outreach**:

- Coordinate job fairs, employer meets, and awareness programs to enhance project impact.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of skill development schemes (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, CSR projects, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in executing skill development, training, or CSR projects.
- Familiarity with government regulations and processes in the skill ecosystem.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
