**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a member of our Project Execution team, you'll draw on your strengths managing people and processes to manage technology projects that typically span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications. You'll lead these projects from initiation through implementation, including: establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines; ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place; and managing the project budget and resources. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you'll communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. While this role is rooted in project management, it's a terrific opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make lasting connections throughout JPMorgan Chase & Co.
**Job responsibilities**
- Knowledge of global and line of business project management standards and methods
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
- Previous product knowledge and/or prior Business Management or COO experience
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
- Present well to senior and global business heads. Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence. Attention to detail with logical thought process
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to both define and deliver to conclusion a strategic agenda across multiple groups.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- 10+ years of work experience, preferably in Financial Services, and/or accounting/controller background.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
- Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
- Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
- Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Delivery and Finance teams
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in one or more business disciplines or functions
- Experience project managing multiple projects
