Senior Project Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects within our SAP practice, working with a variety of products and domains. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is essential, as our client operates on these systems.

  • As a senior expert, you will manage both AMS and AD projects effectively, leading large teams from diverse locations.
  • Project Managers handling different projects, both on-site and offshore, will report directly to this role.
  • You will facilitate project planning, aligning customer expectations with project scope, cost budgets, and managing risk.
  • Monitoring multiple projects, identifying risks and issues in advance, and initiating corrective actions to ensure performance meets project goals.
  • Establish an effective project performance management system, ensuring necessary reporting and execution across the projects.
  • Act as a senior management representative, dealing with various matters with customers, including periodic reviews, escalation management, and guiding on project execution.
  • Ensure compliance to project management principles, processes, and standards within the organization.
  • Guide Customer Management to understand SAP products, projects, methodologies, and support decision-making during the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate change management, guiding both Customers and teams, and initiating necessary support and resources.
  • Develop or evaluate solutions proposed to various customers during the project or pre-sale process as an expert.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications (MS Project, Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills are key for project success.
  • Develop multi-level relationships with clients and team members to ensure project delivery goals are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved by delivering project objectives.
  • Mastery of current software development methodologies (waterfall, agile, Scrum, etc.), ensuring the Implementation/Developmental project methodology is well understood, adhered to, and continuously adjusted to incorporate lessons learned.
