Senior Product Manager Job Description

This role is crucial for creating seamless digital experiences that attract, inspire, engage, and convert customers. As a Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the website roadmap, lead the transformation of web technology stack and user experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop features and strategies addressing stakeholder needs and business goals.
  • Lead complex web projects from strategy to execution in collaboration with UX design, marketing, and development teams.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience leading integrated web strategy and complex web programs at an online marketplace or consumer brand.
  • Experience using data and insights to form strategies, along with hands-on experience with web tools including CMS, A/B testing tools, site analytics (Google Analytics), and Google webmaster/search console.
  • Management skills to orchestrate projects across diverse stakeholders: communication, leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor page performance and user behavior across site landing pages.
  • Create an ongoing experimentation roadmap and co-own conversion rate optimization and search engine optimization (SEO) driving organic growth strategy aligned to different audience cohorts.
