Market Growth Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Market Growth Specialist to play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across various marketplaces, quick commerce, and luxury channels. This position offers a chance to shape the way we reach consumers and directly influence both brand awareness and revenue growth.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard us on relevant marketplaces to expand our reach.
  • Quick Commerce Growth: Explore emerging platforms beyond Zepto, BlinkIt, and Instamart to initiate new partnerships.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Research and collaborate with complementary product brands to create bundled offerings that drive revenue and visibility.
  • Institutional & Luxury Partnerships: Build relationships with food service establishments, luxury outlets, hotels, airlines, and hospitality networks to increase our presence in high-end markets.
  • Revenue & Awareness: Execute initiatives that boost both visibility and direct sales impact for us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A strong interest in brand building, partnerships, and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent research, communication, and outreach skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for brand placement.
  • Self-driven and reliable individuals who can work independently with accountability.
  • Previous experience or internships in business development, growth, or FMCG/D2C brands is a plus.
