  3. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expanding new stores, mapping the current market situation and benchmarking against competition.
  4. Lead and develop a high-performing store operations team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring excellent customer service.
  5. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards, implementing loss prevention measures.
  6. Leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.
  7. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business operations.
  8. Prioritize customer satisfaction by creating seamless processes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
