We're on a mission to scale a premium FMCG brand that's revolutionizing the way people live, eat, and shop. As our Head of Growth & E-commerce, you'll lead the charge in q-commerce and e-commerce, driving growth through data-driven strategies and innovative marketing campaigns.

• Lead Marketplace Growth: Build strong relationships with leading digital shelves, ensuring maximum visibility and sales for our products.
• Owning Performance Marketing: Drive Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ad strategies to optimize ROAS, ROI, and revenue.
• Boost Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, run smart promotions, and execute campaigns that drive real results.
• Optimize Everything: From product listings to conversion funnels, ensure we always win visibility and trust in the market.
• Data with Action: Analyze key performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform growth plans.
• Build Partnerships: Negotiate visibility slots, premium placements, and co-branded campaigns with category managers.
• Expand Horizons: Explore new platforms, partnerships, and opportunities to scale our story nationally and globally.

As the Right Fit, you'll have:

• 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce.
• Scaled premium FMCG/D2C brands (bonus points if in ghee, oils, natural/organic foods).
• _balanced numbers and storytelling
• Talk CAC, LTV, and ROAS like second nature, but also understand brand equity and consumer love.
