Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Inventory Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the group inventory management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the group inventory management process, including entering new, revised, and canceled convention room blocks accurately and timely into the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Conduct daily inventory controls to release rooms, extend cut-offs, and adjust availability as determined by sales contracts, group pick-up meetings, or revenue management.
  • Communicate with sales and revenue teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in group inventory management.
Supportive Functions
  • Provide training to other hotel team members on reservations procedures and principles.
  • Ensure that all room statistics reports, Report of Operations, and related reports are accurate and consistent.
Requirements
  • College degree in hotel management or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in hotel reservations and rooms division.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations available technology (PMS & RMS) and distribution channels.
