Lead Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to lead our delivery team and contribute to architectural improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead end-to-end technical delivery from architecture and development to testing and deployment.
  • Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, best practices, and performance feedback.
  • Establish and uphold engineering standards (CI/CD, QA, configuration management).
  • Drive technical innovation and contribute to architectural improvements.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Microservices, API Development, Kafka.
  • Familiarity with relational & NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Good knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
  • Ability to architect complex systems in domains like retail or warehouse.
