Job Description:

  • Manage departmental operations independently to ensure seamless implementation of quality management procedures.
  • Draw logical conclusions to enable informed decision-making on quality-related issues.
  • Oversee plant-level quality matters and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop expertise as an internal lead auditor to drive continuous improvement.
  • Address customer complaints and initiate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products, engineering designs, and manufacturing methods.
  • Review and approve drawings and engineering changes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRMs) to discuss quality performance and objectives.
  • Engage with vendors to resolve issues and improve supplier relationships.
  • Maintain all required quality management system (QMS) documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organize team meetings and presentations to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities to avoid rejections and achieve quality objectives through proactive initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA, QC, inspection, and audit.
  • Apply analytical skills to control processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop extensive customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of product development and innovation.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality management with a strong understanding of QMP guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw logical conclusions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and auditing procedures.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail with high organizational skills.
