Job Title: S/4HANA Accounting Expert

This is a senior-level role requiring extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in S/4HANA Accounting with good finance functional expertise.
  • A strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices is essential for this position.
  • Hands-on experience in E2E finance business processes, preparing scope documents, business process analysis, requirement analysis, gap identification, business blueprint, process mapping, configuration, functional and technical specifications documents, test case documents, training presentations, conf guides, and user manuals is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create proof of concepts with respect to functionalities in S4 HANA Finance, own end-to-end project delivery.
  2. Develop deep business process functional expertise, creating end-to-end business process flow documentation based on discussions with business and requirement analysis.
  3. Lead a team to deliver SAP S4 HANA Finance projects efficiently and effectively in an onshore/offshore model.
  4. Handle cross-functional team communication and coordination.

Functional Expertise:

  • Ability to identify and deliver possible process optimization and automation.
  • SAP S/4 HANA certified will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with risk management strategies in technology projects.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work accordingly.
