Senior SAP S/4HANA Program Lead Job Opportunity

As a seasoned Senior Associate Director, you will spearhead the delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. This role demands exceptional leadership skills to ensure quality, scalability, and timely execution.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA projects, guaranteeing alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop tailored solution designs and architectures to meet clients' unique business needs in manufacturing environments.
  • Provide expert functional guidance in one or more process areas (Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay).
  • Support presales initiatives, including workshops, solution development, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define SAP-enabled transformation roadmaps.
  • Mentor project teams, promoting professional growth and excellence in delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage additional SAP solutions for enhanced client outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including 8+ years in delivery leadership of large-scale S/4HANA programs.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple industries, emphasizing manufacturing.
  • Strong functional knowledge in Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay.
  • Demonstrated presales capabilities: solution design, client engagement, and proposal support.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with a strong client-facing presence.
  • Experience with distributed/global teams, preferably in India-based delivery models.
