This role is an exciting opportunity to enhance the Cloud Architecture & Advisory team. We are seeking highly motivated and customer-obsessed team members.

The primary point of contact for technical topics will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition topic and its offerings.

Strong team players needed to support other team members when required.

  • Learning SAP Products (S/4HANA, HANA Database, MDG) & Cloud (AWS, Azure OR GCP)
  • Access to all SAP internal training & learning materials
  • Exposure to all latest build architectures in one single place/position
  • Engaging with multiple customers in various industries

A customer-facing role where you will support the sales teams during the entire cycle of a RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.

The key tasks that this role will perform include:

  1. Presenting RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and value proposition to customers
  2. Supporting and organizing technical responses to RFP / RFIs
  3. Blueprinting customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks, etc.
  4. Generating pricing and providing ongoing deal support to sales teams
  5. Orchestrating technical discussions with customers on the Private Cloud Edition topic
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in customer communications and presentations
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration from an accredited university
  • Good understanding of SAP technologies, platform interdependencies, etc.
  • Good understanding of the entire platform stacks, storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.
  • Good understanding of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition
  • Good understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform
  • English native speaker, any other language an asset
