We are seeking an exceptional professional to spearhead our Trade Marketing and Distribution initiatives at the outlet level, driving sales growth and ensuring market coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and monitor sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement TM&D plans, guaranteeing optimal product visibility and freshness across all outlets.
  • Brand Execution: Implement trade and consumer schemes, ensuring seamless execution of merchandising activities.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, ensure timely remittances, and recommend suitable inventory levels in SAP, promoting efficient pipeline reconciliation.
  • Market Knowledge: Possess comprehensive territorial knowledge, including competitor brands, prices, and activities, providing timely feedback and actionable recommendations.
  • Wholesale Distributor Operations: Educate and train customer groups, supporting the effective functioning of WD operations, including order capture and delivery systems, demonstrating expert selling techniques.
  • Compliance: Adhere to our code of conduct and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: Experience in sales, trade marketing, and distribution, showcasing a strong ability to drive results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent market knowledge and analytical skills, enabling effective competitive activity analysis.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain superior trade relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience in assisting with WD operations, including order capture and delivery systems.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
