**Job Description** Help to effectively to consistently deliver outstanding service to our internal and external customers and to ensure departmental KPIs are delivered.**
- ** Ensure complete knowledge of international sports, leagues & players**
- ** Ensure betting opportunities, released by Trading, are made available on the specific channels and brands at the required moment in time.**:

- ** Ensure that all price changes and the delivery of events occur in a timely and accurate manner.**:

- ** Manage life cycle of events ensuring customer journey is best in class.**:

- ** Manage the workflow of events from trading through production to ensure they are displayed correctly, accurately and efficiently.**:

- ** Manage the reference data for Trading systems, updating and keeping logs accurate.**:

- ** Manage the content on the specific channels ensuring customers user experience is easy and efficient.**:

- ** Complete daily checks**:

- **Adhere to departmental SLAs**:

- ** Recommend new technical enhancements to ensure we keep up with key competition**:

- ** Raising of issues to relevant support teams**:

- ** System testing**

**Qualifications**
- Graduate & above
- 0 to 2yrs work experience
