Job Role: Senior Internal Auditor

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced professional to lead our risk-based internal audits across various operational, financial, and compliance areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan & Deliver: Develop the annual audit plan; execute engagements from start to finish (planning → fieldwork → reporting).
  • Controls & Compliance: Design/test controls (regulatory compliance where relevant); provide clear, prioritized reports with action plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead audit teams, mentor team members, and manage senior client stakeholders; travel as required.
  • Qualification/Background: Chartered Accountant with 10+ years post-qualification experience in consulting/audit firms conducting hands-on internal audit & leadership roles.
  • Skills: Risk assessment, control testing, report writing; excellent client communication & negotiation.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years post-qualification CA experience.
  • Based in Delhi or willing to relocate; able to travel as needed.
  • Mid-tier consulting/audit firm experience with robust IA exposure.
  • Able to originate opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
