Sofomation is a reputable Multi-National client seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team in Chennai.
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in nurturing existing client relationships, acquiring new business, and driving revenue growth for our training and certification services. The primary focus will be on cross-selling and upselling various training programs (standard and customized), with an emphasis on expanding our geographic reach and service offerings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Nurture existing client relationships and acquire new business to drive revenue growth.
- Meet sales targets within the assigned territory and implement sales strategies for sustained growth.
- Cross-sell and up-sell training programs to existing clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Chennai market to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition, ideally in training or certification services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Chennai market and its potential for growth.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
