AVEVA E3D Administrator Job Description

This is a key position in our organization that requires expertise in setting up and managing Aveva E3D projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for cataloguing and specifying components, creating specifications, and building components.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Setting up projects in Aveva E3D and overseeing their administration.
  2. Cataloguing and specifying components, generating specifications, and constructing components.
  3. Uploading scans to Aveva Point Cloud Manager and operating within its environment.
  4. Configuring Aveva E3D features such as report generation and developing in-house tools.
  5. Troubleshooting issues within the Aveva E3D system.
  6. Customizing Isodraft and drafting environments.
  7. Guiding users on day-to-day work with Aveva E3D and Point Cloud Manager Data.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of Aveva E3D, Aveva PCM, and related technologies. Additionally, you should have experience working with laser scan data and a solid grasp of ASME codes & Standards for Piping bulk items, Valves, Special Materials.

  • Qualifications:
  1. A Mechanical or relevant Engineering Degree from a reputable institution.
  2. Minimum 3-10 years' experience in Oil and Gas - Refinery projects or EPC's.
  3. Strong background in technical management and team leadership.
