Technical Lead - Vlocity and Omni Studio Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise in Vlocity, OmniScripts, and Lightning Web Components.

  • Requires 10+ years of experience with Vlocity and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Data Raptors, cards, integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.
  • End-to-end responsibility for the development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Designs and implements high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.
  • Develops scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using LWC integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provides technical leadership to development teams, conducts code reviews, and enforces best practices.
  • Collaborates with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Leads integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.
  • Owns technical delivery timelines and coordinates closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Ensures adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring secure and high-performance solutions.
  • Mentors and guides junior and mid-level developers within the team.
