Job Overview

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be working with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using the Salesforce platform.

  • Domain Expertise: A good understanding of the Automotive/Manufacturing domain is required.
  • Salesforce Experience: Strong experience in SFDC – Sales and Service Cloud, including functional areas such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Requirement analysis, BRD preparation, Functional Design documentation, E2E Test Scenarios, and JIRA Dashboard creation are essential.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success.
  • Presentation skills and the ability to suggest Salesforce Solutions to customers are crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Lightning and Classic Service console is highly valued.
