Job Description

The role of Biomedical Engineer involves maintaining critical care, diagnostic, and therapeutic devices. This includes performing regular calibration and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment, repairs, replacements, installations, and services. Additionally, they will check stocks, anticipate needs, place and expedite orders, and verify receipts.

  • Evaluate biomedical equipment by conducting tests, following manufacturer instructions, troubleshooting, repairing malfunctions, calling for special service, evaluating service contracts, and maintaining equipment inventories.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, both oral and written, as well as proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/Diploma with 0-1 years of experience as a Biomedical Engineer
  • Basic computer operations (Typing, Email, MS-office usage)
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
