Financial Operations Specialist

A key focus will be on designing and implementing JDE processes for company separation, including account inactivation, company code closure, and data extraction strategies.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define the scope of divestiture and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex projects.
Required Skills:
- 12–15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules
- Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project
- Strong understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Transition planning and execution for organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, and company spin-offs
- Design and implement JDE processes for company separation
- Configure and support finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups
- Handle intercompany settlements, period-end closures, and reporting requirements
