  • Oversee video, graphics, and editorial/content writing teams to create cohesive and high-performing storytelling across all formats.">
  • Develop and uphold the brand voice, tone, and aesthetics across all creative assets.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports strategic objectives.">
  • Mentor and manage a team of senior creatives to ensure high standards of creative direction and execution.">

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or creative direction roles, preferably in D2C, travel, media, or lifestyle sectors.">
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring cross-functional creative teams.">
  • Strong storytelling instincts, creative thinking, and deep understanding of social and digital media platforms.">
  • Excellent visual and editorial sensibility with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-format creative projects.">
