Senior Technology Project Leader

Leads technology and project management teams to develop and implement the organization's technology strategy. Collaborates closely with senior leadership to align business goals with technology projects, driving best practices and frameworks for project delivery.

  • Defines and executes the company's technology roadmap.
  • Ensures technology initiatives support business objectives through close partnership with senior leadership.
  • Establishes and enforces project management methodologies and best practices.

Manages the full life-cycle of complex technology projects from initiation to delivery, prioritizing, scheduling, and allocating resources accordingly. Defines and maintains project management processes, documentation, and tools. Oversees planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, monitoring progress and managing risks effectively.

Builds high-performing teams by recruiting, mentoring, and developing project managers, technology leaders, and engineers. Fosters a collaborative culture that promotes innovation and results-driven outcomes. Ensures teams have necessary skills, tools, and resources to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Actively engages with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates and presentations on project status and risks. Collaborates internally and externally to align expectations and drive successful project outcomes. Identifies and mitigates project risks, resolving technical, financial, and resource challenges during execution.

Enhances project management processes and methodologies continuously, implementing best practices for execution, resource management, and risk assessment. Drives adoption of innovative tools and solutions to improve efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in technology project management with at least 5 years in senior leadership/executive roles.
  • Proven success leading complex technology projects across multiple domains.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise software implementations.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and software development life-cycle.
