Job Responsibilities :- Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications.- Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for team members to ensure timely project delivery development and delivery of software solutions to meet customer needs.- Presents new technology choice to technical and non-technical observers, able to guide others to make well defined technology choices.- Innovate for our Customers - take a long-term perspective to build systems and features.- Coordinate with senior leadership across organization and stimulate overall resource allocation as best fits business objectives & right growth.- Interact with leaders across organizations to identify opportunities and drive growth.- Provide strategic direction for technical assessment, definition, prioritization, architecture, design and deployment of new products and services.- Identify and investigate advanced technologies offering companies significant technical and financial & Required Skills : - Technology Director with 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in developing software applications, ecosystem strategy and architecture, with a focus on sales, marketing, and e-commerce.- Bachelors degree in computer information systems, Computer Science or related technical degree.- Experience as technology director and deep understanding of modern technologies, cloud development methodologies with focus on quality, scalability and execution.- Self-starter who can work with speed and agility in fast-paced environment, ability to take ownership and deliver with minimal supervision.- Ability to articulate architecture principles, design considerations, future roadmap and engage with development teams for providing guidance, strategy technologies.- Expertise in technology like JavaScript, HTML and CSS, JSON Web Token, Babel, Web pack, NPM, Oracle, Oracle Apex , React, Node and very versatile experience in the development stages of product & building a world-class product with high quality.- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle PLSQL, SQL, Mongo DB), web servers (e.g. Apache), APIs and UI/UX design.- Excellent team management skills and leadership qualities with a high level of responsibility and accountability.- Proven ability to drive tasks to completion on schedule.
