Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee human capital management processes while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

  • Ensured adherence to labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.
  • Managed and optimized HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) to streamline services and improve user experience.
  • Led process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Analyzed service metrics and prepared reports on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborated with business partners, Centers of Excellence, and leadership to align HR services with organizational objectives.
  • Provided training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes and best practices.
  • Handled escalations and complex HR cases with professionalism and resolution focus.
