Job Title: Product Support Associate- Life Science Research Products

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Product Support Associate in Delhi. This role will involve managing customer relationships, discovering new leads, suggesting improvements to processes, and assisting the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send quotations using software/Excel; update pricing based on product value, category, and management-defined margins.
  • Maintain a quotation database, ensure timely follow-ups, and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Identify new prospects in the market and expand the company's customer base as well as product portfolio.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure accurate product listings, datasheets, and pricing.
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Prepare all necessary documents for tenders, annual rate contracts, and customs clearance.
  • Plan and execute scientific marketing activities, workshops, technical meetings, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including training and discussions with clients.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Biotechnology.
  • Experience preferred.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of science and biotechnology.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Basic Mathematics skills required.
  • Able to work under deadlines.
  • Able to prioritize assigned workload.
  • Able to manage time effectively, to prioritize and complete tasks required
  • Good communication skills, telephone manners, and tone
