We are seeking a Fresher to join our team as a Facebook Ads Manager.
As a Fresher in this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Facebook ads strategies aligned with business goals. This includes identifying target audience segments, mapping campaigns to the customer journey, and conducting competitor research using Facebook ads library.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Facebook ads strategy aligned with business goals (awareness, leads, sales).
- Identify target audience segments and map campaigns to the customer journey.
- Conduct competitor research using Facebook ads library to benchmark creatives and strategies.
- Plan full-funnel campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF) for better ROI.
You will also be responsible for setting up and executing campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager, choosing correct campaign objectives, structuring campaigns effectively, managing budget allocation, and bidding strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with design and copywriting teams to produce ad creatives, write compelling ad copy, headlines, and CTAs aligned with campaign goals, and test different creatives through A/B testing.
Audience Targeting- Build core audiences (demographics, interests, behaviors).
- Create custom audiences (website visitors, email lists, app users).
- Develop lookalike audiences to scale reach.
- Implement retargeting campaigns (cart abandoners, video viewers, engaged users).
Furthermore, you will track and report performance using Facebook Pixel & Conversions API, generate detailed performance reports, and present campaign insights and recommendations to management/clients. You will also optimize targeting, creatives, and placements based on results, scale successful campaigns using budget scaling strategies, pause underperforming ads to control costs, and implement re-marketing strategies for higher conversions.
Compliance and Account Health- Stay updated with Facebook Ad policies to prevent disapprovals.
- Ensure ads comply with GDPR, iOS14+ tracking, and data privacy norms.
- Maintain account reputation and resolve ad account restrictions.
Finally, you will work with cross-functional teams, stay updated with new Facebook Ads features and industry trends, and suggest innovative campaign ideas to improve ROI.
