We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our asset management group, you will be responsible for managing commercial real estate assets across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accurate and up-to-date records of asset-related data, including property information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.">
  • Organize, store, and retrieve asset-related documents, such as property deeds, lease agreements, and insurance policies.">
  • Prepare reports on asset performance, including budget variance, Insurance and Lease status, Tickets/maintenance activity, shared drive updation">
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings with PM, FM, identifying Contractors, procuring work scopes, quotes etc.">
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including property managers, leasing agents, and other support teams.">
