Channel Relationship Manager Job Description:

This role involves managing relationships with Real Estate partners to drive sales and growth. Key responsibilities include identifying potential partners, establishing productive relationships, coordinating company resources, meeting sales targets, and proactively assessing partner needs.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, and a thorough understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • IDentify Real Estate Channel Partners according to business requirements.
  • Establishes productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Leads joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs.
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Recruits new qualifying partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry.
