As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our finance team with key activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and Monitor Performance: Consolidate key business metrics to monitor MoM, QoQ, and YoY performance.
  • Analyze Spend Data: Obtain categorical spend data from SAP and analyze for Cost Center wise reports.
  • Develop Key Metrics: Develop key metrics on cost reduction and EBITDA impact to each LOB unit.
  • Manage KPIs: Manage selected KPIs, management reporting, business presentations, and communication to senior management.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining vendor/freelancer schedules, standardizing and implementing automation initiatives, and managing invoicing, PO creation, and billing tracker for ongoing projects throughout APAC. Additionally, you will identify members of cross-company business stakeholders and procurement teams, monitor and report savings and other performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-6 years of experience in corporate finance/FP&A with a strong understanding of financial statements. They should possess strong financial modeling skills, an understanding of financial reporting systems, procedures, and controls, and an MBA finance or semi-qualified finance professional certification. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with senior management teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling skills, and financial reporting systems.
  • Certification: MBA finance or semi-qualified finance professional certification.
  • Experience: At least 2-6 years of experience in corporate finance/FP&A.
