We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Executive, Human Resources, to join our team at Ascendion. This role will support our U.S. HR operations from India, ensuring seamless HR processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of our HR department.

**Job Summary:**

This position will be responsible for assisting in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Employee Support: Address basic employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Email Management: Manage department email inbox and route emails to appropriate HR contact to help address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws and company policies.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update employee records. Filing and organizing HR documents.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Preparing HR reports and presentations.
  • Project Support: Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Scheduling: Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience as HR administrator or HR executive or related role.
  • Highly organized, able to effectively manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Able to handle high-level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills and ability to express empathy and patience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Additional Requirements:**

  • Flexibility to work U.S. business hours.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
