About the Role:

You will elevate our presence, build stronger audience connections, and position us as the trusted name for weddings.

This role demands strategic thinking, bold storytelling, and an intuitive grasp of customer psychology.

This is a unique opportunity to take a brand from emerging to household name.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Shape our brand identity around our USPs
  • Campaigns & Storytelling: Lead integrated campaigns that inspire and strengthen brand recall
  • Consumer Insights: Monitor client preferences and wedding trends to shape campaigns and offerings
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Build alliances with brands, venues, and influencers to boost visibility
  • Digital & Social Media: Oversee our digital presence, ensuring content is engaging and share-worthy
  • Event Branding: Ensure all client touchpoints reflect our brand personality
  • Team & Agency Management: Lead in-house teams, agencies, and creative partners to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Brand Awareness & Recall: Track and grow key metrics like share of voice and organic reach

You Will Thrive If:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5–8 years of proven brand management experience
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and aspirational branding
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience building and managing campaigns across digital, influencer, PR, and offline channels
  • Track record of creating brand impact in competitive markets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry
