Role Overview-

As a Senior Brand Manager, you'll elevate our presence, build stronger audience connections, and position us as the trusted name for weddings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • **Brand Strategy:** Shape the brand identity around key differentiators.
  • **Campaigns & Storytelling:** Lead integrated campaigns that inspire and strengthen brand recall.
  • **Consumer Insights:** Monitor client preferences and wedding trends.
  • **Partnerships & Collaborations:** Build alliances with brands and influencers.
  • **Digital & Social Media:** Oversee our digital presence, ensuring content is engaging.
  • **Event Branding:** Ensure all client touchpoints reflect the brand personality.
  • **Team & Agency Management:** Lead teams and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • **Brand Awareness & Recall:** Track and grow key metrics like share of voice and brand searches.

Requirements include:

  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and aspirational branding.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience building and managing campaigns across channels.
  • Track record of creating brand impact in competitive markets.
