Senior Brand Manager

Elevate our presence and position us as the trusted go-to name for weddings. This role demands strategic thinking, bold storytelling, and customer psychology intuition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the brand identity around USPs: Flawless Planning, Professional Expertise, and Assured Value for Money
  • Lead integrated campaigns that inspire and strengthen brand recall
  • Monitor client preferences and wedding trends to shape campaigns and offerings
  • Build alliances with brands and influencers to boost visibility
  • Oversee digital presence, ensuring content is aspirational and engaging
  • Curate memorable experiences for guests at events, reinforcing the brand and staying memorable
  • Lead in-house teams and creative partners to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Track and grow key metrics like share of voice and brand searches

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5–8 years of proven brand management experience
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and aspirational branding
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience building and managing campaigns across digital channels
  • Track record of creating brand impact in competitive markets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven industry
