Sales and Revenue Leadership

We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to spearhead our revenue maximization efforts. This key role will be responsible for driving business growth through in-depth analysis of revenue streams, market trends, and competitor activity.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management principles. A minimum of 10 years' experience in the travel/airline/hotel industry, with a focus on revenue management, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze short- and long-term forecasting to identify trends in group inventories and rates.
  • Monitor marketing channels, key accounts, and product line performance to ensure rate parity.
  • Review future booking trends and update distribution channels with rate or inventory restrictions as needed.
  • Develop region-specific strategies to drive growth and establish goals and benchmarks to measure performance.
  • Identify selling strategies and emerging trends through competitive analysis and explore market mix variations to stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA or Post Graduate in Finance & Revenue Management preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in travel/airline/hotel industry with 3-5 years in Revenue Management.

Skillset:

  • Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management functions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to work under deadline pressure.
