Job Title: Operations Associate

\

Work Hours: 5.5 days per week

Shift Timings: Rotational (Non-Negotiable)

About the Role:

\
  • \
  • Proactively engage with inbound leads and guide them through the booking process to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.\
  • Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.\
  • Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.\
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.\
  • Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.\
  • Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.\
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.\
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English are required.\
  • Strong active listening skills and effective time management abilities are essential.\
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques is preferred.\
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software is a plus.\\- p>

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate with at least 60% in academics.\
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.\
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.\
