We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students on our school curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or BDA, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or BDA preferred
  • Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are welcome
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and mentorship
  • Target-driven and eager to grow in a sales-oriented career

In this role, you will support parents and students through in-house counselling sessions and convert potential leads into admissions through consultative sales. You will also build long-term relationships with students and parents.

About the Role:

Mentor and Guide Students

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students on our school curriculum.

You will work closely with students and parents to understand their needs and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Support Parents and Students

You will support parents and students through in-house counselling sessions, providing guidance and advice on academic matters and helping them to make informed decisions about their education.

Convert Leads into Admissions

You will use your sales skills to convert potential leads into admissions, working closely with students and parents to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Build Long-Term Relationships

You will build long-term relationships with students and parents, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or BDA preferred
  • Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are welcome

  • Passion for education and mentorship
