Teaching Faculty

We are seeking qualified educators to join our academic team and teach the B.Ed program. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality courses, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development.

  • Courses Delivery: Teach B.Ed program courses as per curriculum guidelines, incorporating innovative pedagogical methods and technologies.
  • Lesson Planning: Prepare engaging lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Mentorship: Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and research, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Lectures and Seminars: Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials effectively, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals, using various assessment tools and techniques.
  • Curriculum Development: Participate in curriculum development and academic planning, ensuring the program remains relevant and effective.
  • Mentorship and Counseling: Provide mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance to students, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Research and Publication: Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs, staying updated on best practices and emerging trends.
  • Institutional Support: Maintain a positive learning environment, supporting institutional initiatives, accreditation, and quality improvement activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) with a minimum of 55% marks is mandatory.
  • NET/Ph.D. in Education is preferred, as per UGC/NCTE norms.
  • A minimum of 2-15 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills are essential.
  • Updated knowledge of pedagogical methods and teaching technology is necessary.
