Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions by closing financial accounts monthly.

Conduct Reconciliations:

Identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy through regular account reconciliations.

Vendor Bill Preparation:

Process vendor bills promptly and accurately to meet payment deadlines.

Monthly and One-Time Expenses:

Post expenses accurately and on time, including preparation of invoices for approvals.

Compliance and Review:

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.

", "Migration Projects:", "

Plan, execute, and customize data migration projects from various accounting software to Zoho Books, ensuring zero downtime and seamless business operations.

Guarantee secure and thorough transfer of financial data, up to 20 years of legacy data.

Perform detailed reconciliation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.

Identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or errors.

", "Continuous Improvement:", "

Stay updated with the latest developments in Zoho Books and other accounting software.

Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of migration projects.

Contribute to the development of best practices for data migration, accounting, and client support.

", "Required Skills and Qualifications:", "
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Proficiency in using online accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage, FreshBooks, Xero, and Zoho Books.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including IF formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadline.
