Key Role:
Purpose and Objectives- To spearhead business growth in the Telematics domain.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales expansion, streamlining operations, and fostering a high-performing team environment. The role requires strategic planning, leadership acumen, and effective communication skills to achieve monthly targets.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a large-scale field sales team across India, ensuring discipline on attendance, meetings, and conversions.
- Design direct sales strategies to boost trucker adoption on BlackBuck's fleet management platform.
- Craft frameworks and processes for efficient sales machinery delivery, focusing on category growth.
- Develop execution mechanisms to support business objectives.
- A postgraduate degree from a reputable institution is essential.
- No less than 12-14 years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years leading large field sales teams.
- Sales strategy creation, team leadership, analytical skills, and effective communication are critical attributes.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, a proven track record of driving sales growth, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
