Key Role:

Purpose and Objectives
  • To spearhead business growth in the Telematics domain.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales expansion, streamlining operations, and fostering a high-performing team environment. The role requires strategic planning, leadership acumen, and effective communication skills to achieve monthly targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead a large-scale field sales team across India, ensuring discipline on attendance, meetings, and conversions.
  2. Design direct sales strategies to boost trucker adoption on BlackBuck's fleet management platform.
  3. Craft frameworks and processes for efficient sales machinery delivery, focusing on category growth.
  4. Develop execution mechanisms to support business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A postgraduate degree from a reputable institution is essential.
  • No less than 12-14 years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years leading large field sales teams.
  • Sales strategy creation, team leadership, analytical skills, and effective communication are critical attributes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, a proven track record of driving sales growth, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
