Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee sales growth, client relationship management, and operational efficiency.

This role requires a strategic leader who can balance sales performance with operational excellence, ensuring sustainable growth and smooth execution across all functions.

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to achieve targets, explore new markets and business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and drive the sales team with clear KPIs and performance standards.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, track and report student recruitment numbers, and perform operational metrics analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Growth: Collaborate with leadership to set business goals and expansion plans, create annual sales forecasts, and performance reviews for sales & operations.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor sales, counselling, and operations teams, foster a culture of accountability, and ensure clear communication of goals and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and operations leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of international admission, counselling, and visa procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
