About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the growth of our General Insurance business.

This is an individual contributor role where you will work closely with senior leadership to design, implement, and deliver high-impact projects that drive execution excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to build business capabilities from the ground up, focusing on innovation and scalability.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align objectives, solve complex problems, and drive project outcomes.
  • Act as the catalyst for change, ensuring clarity, timelines, and accountability across teams.
  • Deliver high-quality executive presentations and reports to communicate project insights, recommendations, and progress.
  • Analyze data and business models to inform decision-making and support growth strategies.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and delivery without formal authority.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply an execution-first approach to scaling the business.

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of post-MBA experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or project execution roles.
  • A proven track record of delivering cross-functional, high-impact projects in a corporate or consulting setup.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive communication.
  • Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
