Job Title: Financial Solutions Expert

As a Financial Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to cross-sell financial products to bank customers. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from assigned banks and develop effective sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase insurance products.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the insurance company's product team to gain in-depth knowledge of available products and services.
  • Develop and execute plans to acquire new customers through resource utilization of bank databases, footfalls, and generated prospects.
  • Work closely with other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience in any insurance channel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop creative solutions.
