
Strategic Partnership Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for forging and managing strategic partnerships with medical professionals and healthcare institutions to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical financing through our platform.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fostering and maintaining strong alliances with doctors and hospitals
- Leveraging your leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, field effectiveness, and professional growth
- Identifying and developing new opportunities for crowdfunding and lending by understanding patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals
- Promoting awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options
- Overseeing revenue goals and the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a regular basis
- Providing continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our lending solutions
- Ensuring seamless lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare or startup sectors, along with expertise in team leadership and sales target achievement. A willingness to travel extensively within the region is also essential. Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement is preferred.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence on healthcare accessibility for patients. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive work environment focused on purpose-driven growth, with exposure to India's fastest-growing fintech/health-tech startup ecosystem.
