Job Title: Provider Credentialing Expert

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Provider Credentialing Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in provider enrollment and a comprehensive understanding of the credentialing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provider Enrollment & Application Management: Oversee the end-to-end provider enrollment process, ensuring timely and efficient submission of all completed applications to relevant entities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in accurately completing a high volume of provider applications across various specialties and payer types.
  • Track application statuses and proactively follow up on outstanding items to expedite approval.
Application Portal Expertise:
  • Manage accounts within key healthcare application portals, including CAQH, Medicaid, Medicare (PECOS portal), NPI, and Regional Credentialing Advantage.
Communication & Responsiveness:
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all email communications, promptly addressing queries and providing clear, concise information to internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
  • Adhere to strict HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and provider information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or Public Health.
  • Expertise in provider enrollment and credentialing processes, ensuring ethical and accurate completion and submission of applications across various specialties and payers.
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and typing skills for precise data entry.
